- 2 pounds pork loin
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
