A delicious and unique take on classic meatloaf, this Asian Style Chicken Meatloaf features turkey bacon for added flavor and moisture.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, soy sauce, green onions, egg, turkey bacon, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
