  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add mushrooms, and cook until browned.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mushroom and spinach mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top and sprinkle with goat cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve.
