- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, egg, onion, turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
