- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, celery, red onion, grapes, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, curry powder, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
