A delicious and healthy twist on traditional chicken salad, infused with curry flavor and crunchy textures.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, celery, red onion, grapes, and almonds.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, curry powder, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
