  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead the dough until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread butter over it.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture evenly on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place the slices in a baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
