  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the Cajun steak tips. Cook until browned.
  3. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens.
