1 pound ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
