1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups diced tomatoes

Instructions
In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
Add ground turkey to the pot and brown it over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
