  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add sliced beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli florets and stir in sugar and beef broth. Cook until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
