This Cinnamon Roll Cake is the perfect indulgent treat for the whole family. It’s fluffy, sweet, and tastes just like a cinnamon roll!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in melted butter and milk, and stir until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture, and pour the remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. For icing, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled cake.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try adding chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • Serve warm for the best experience!
