  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter for the swirl.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
  6. Before flipping, drizzle cinnamon mixture on top of the pancakes and swirl with a toothpick.
