  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder.
  3. Layer half of the graham cracker mixture in a square baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
