- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the potato slices in a greased baking dish, adding some turkey bacon and cheese in between the layers.
- Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes.
- Top with remaining cheese and turkey bacon.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until potatoes are tender and golden on top.
