Indulge in a rich and creamy dish reminiscent of Ruth’s Chris, now with a turkey bacon twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the potato slices in a greased baking dish, adding some turkey bacon and cheese in between the layers.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and turkey bacon.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until potatoes are tender and golden on top.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more cheese to the top layer.
  • Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
