  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, orange juice, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in cranberries and pecans.
  5. Divide the batter into a greased muffin tray.
