A comforting and indulgent casserole featuring creamy cheese, pierogi, and flavorful beef kielbasa, all cooked to perfection in a crockpot.

  • 1 pound beef kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 pounds frozen cheddar pierogi
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Layer the sliced beef kielbasa at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the frozen cheddar pierogi on top of the kielbasa.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the pierogi and kielbasa.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until heated through.
  6. Stir gently before serving to combine all ingredients.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding some chopped green onions as a garnish.
  • This dish can be made a day ahead; just reheat before serving.
