  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the chicken breasts over medium heat.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.
  5. In a baking dish, add rice and pour the creamy chicken mixture over the top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, add shredded cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.
