2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup diced potatoes
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 can (15 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
