- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
