  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
  5. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and cheese; cook until melted.
  7. Serve hot, topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
