  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the pan.
