  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large egg whites

  • 1/2 cup tartlet shells

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add the sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the melted white chocolate and whipped cream into the egg whites.
