Mastering Garlic Butter Steak With Parmesan Cream Sauce

  • 2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat garlic butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Serve the steak topped with the Parmesan cream sauce and garnish with parsley.
