  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
