  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head of garlic, roasted
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix roasted garlic with olive oil and spread it over the dough.
  4. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, pepper, and oregano before spreading this mixture over the garlic layer.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
