  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Place slices of provolone cheese on top of the beef and cover until melted.
  5. Split the hoagie rolls and fill with the beef and cheese mixture.
