1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup protein powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, then add honey or maple syrup and almond milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
Pour the batter into the donut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
