- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
