Delicious honey balsamic Brussels sprouts paired with savory turkey bacon, making for a delightful side dish.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts and turkey bacon, tossing to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes
