- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pie crust
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until soft.
- Stir in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, peas, and shredded chicken. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to coat. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Pour the filling into a pie dish and cover with the pie crust. Cut slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
