- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
