1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, cream the butter until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture alternately with the milk. Mix until just combined.
