A delicious recipe featuring juicy chicken rolled with feta cheese and fresh spinach.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet and layer the cheese mixture on top of each breast.
  4. Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the rolled chicken on all sides.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove toothpicks before serving.
