A delicious keto-friendly dish that combines creamy chicken, mushrooms, and the savory taste of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced chicken until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in the cooked turkey bacon and half of the cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
