  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Fresh lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini dessert cups.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  5. Pour the lime mixture over the prepared crusts.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Top each mini dessert with whipped cream and garnish with fresh lime slices.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter dessert, add more powdered sugar to the whipped cream.
  • Use a food processor for finer graham cracker crumbs if desired.
