- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
