  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf.
  4. Wrap the meatloaf with turkey bacon and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
