A creamy and flavorful dish combining Cajun spices with tender chicken and orzo pasta.

  • 8 ounces orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for another minute.
