An easy and delicious breakfast casserole made with turkey bacon and chicken ham that can be prepared overnight!

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 cups bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the chicken ham, turkey bacon, shredded cheese, and bread cubes. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. The next morning, bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
  • Add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
