Pecan Pie Cheesecake Trifle is a deliciously indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of cheesecake and pecan pie in one delightful treat.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a trifle dish to form a crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the trifle dish.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter and add brown sugar, corn syrup, and eggs. Cook until thickened.
  7. Fold in chopped pecans and layer over cheesecake mixture.
  8. Add another layer of cheesecake mixture, followed by the remaining pecan topping.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some extra chopped pecans on top before serving.
