Delicious and easy to make, Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls combine the classic flavors of pecan pie in a convenient crescent shape.

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and place a spoonful of pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
