  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking until warmed through.
  4. Stir in pizza sauce and Italian seasoning, then fold in the cooked turkey bacon and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Line a pie dish with one pie crust, then pour the filling into the crust.
  6. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges. Cut slits into the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
