A delicious blend of pumpkin and mushroom tossed with spaghetti and topped with crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 1 cup pumpkin, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 grams crispy turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add pumpkin and mushrooms, cooking until tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and crispy turkey bacon.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add grated parmesan on top before serving.
  • Feel free to add spinach for more greens.
