  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add lobster meat, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. In a large baking dish, layer noodles, marinara sauce, ricotta, shrimp mixture, and mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
