- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
