A rich and creamy dish featuring chicken smothered in a cheesy sour cream sauce.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Spread the sour cream mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
