  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, beef mixture, and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve.
