  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
