  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, and lime zest; marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
