  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1/4 cup raisins or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in diced apples and raisins/nuts if using.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin.
