  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the amaretto liqueur and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
  5. Using a melon baller or spoon, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or powdered sugar to coat.
